Warranty Claims
Defacto Wireless Distribution does not offer any warranty
other than the manufacturers warranty to any products sold
by Defacto Wireless Distribution. All Warranty claims will
be processed through the manufacturer of the product.

Returns other than Warranty
No purchase will be accepted after (30) thirty-days from
the date of delivery. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number must accompany all returns, unless otherwise
specified. To request an RMA, Please contact your sales
representative or email brad@defactowireless.com
All items must be returned in “new condition”: clean, in
original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts.
Products, Instructions and accessories must be in
resalable condition. All returned are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. Damaged items returned for refund will not
be accepted under any circumstance. Customer will have the
option to the equipment either; repaired and shipped back
at their cost, or sent back as-is at their cost.
if at the time of exchange, a product is no longer
available, that product will be replaced by a substitute
deemed suitable at the discretion of Defacto Wireless
Distribution.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to
the original credit card only,
cash or check refunds will be mailed to the original
customer’s billing address.
Credit will only be issued upon arrival and approval of
returned products.
